  • Incorrect Shipping Address: Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. [ZIVELLE STORE] is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, a reshipping fee may apply.

5. International Shipping
